From the Shores of Naples to Your Home Town
'UniversalPerspectives started as a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The venture, established by the Bianchi clan in 1985, began as a quaint, family-owned shop that treasured family recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our establishment's pioneer, honed her pizza-crafting skills during her journey across Italy, particularly learning from experts in Naples—pizza's homeland. Once she arrived back in the UK, her ambition was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza by adhering to classical techniques and sourcing only the best ingredients.
Our small pizzeria, initially with just 12 seats, has risen to be a cherished neighborhood jewel. Nonetheless, our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains intact. We continue to practice classic wood oven baking methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and select the highest-standard ingredients available.
Currently, 'UniversalPerspectives' is still under family control, with the Bianchi heritage flourished through the second generation spearheading our devoted crew. While we have adopted certain contemporary innovations, the essence of our establishment is unchanged: creating sumptuous, genuine pizza that unites folk.
