Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so without any charge before your order goes into the preparation stage. Once the preparation of your food has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Refund Eligibility
We carefully inspect your order to ensure its quality and correctness. If, however, you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958 and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. Eligibility for a refund or replacement requires that:
- You contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be uneaten, in the original packaging.
- You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any food item due to safety and hygiene standards, unless there is a fault on our part. Additionally, perishable goods such as pizzas are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is completed or if there has been a failure to pick up the order within a reasonable time.

Gift Cards
